Corporate Fitness boot camps :
Get ready for a real challenge. This one hour fitness program focuses on a military style approach to exercise, All exercises are performed as a group utilizing body weight resistance. Participants will be motivated by the instructors insistent conduct.

Circuit Training:
A great high energy work out that moves you from one exercise to the next, using a systematic approach. With this program fitness equipment and body weight.

TRX Training:
Wow, what a work out. If you are looking for something unique. Try this great new exercise system that uses gravity as resistance. Awesome core workout . Great for a group settings.


Self Defence:
Learn to defend your self . This practical approach to self defence will give you the confidence and skill necessary to defend yourself against urban attacks. This is also a great way for employees to interact.

Fitness Lectures:
Our fitness lectures will cover specific fitness, lifestyle , or self defence topics. These lectures are a perfect addition to a corporate wellness seminars, or organizational development days.

Bobby Triantafillou’s has enjoyed a lifetime of fitness endeavors. His most powerful influence comes from Yoon’s Martial Arts school where he built his foundation for fitness and achieved incalculable accomplishments in the Martial Arts industry.
